Merchant Cash Advance
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. Owners who need money quickly and want payments that flex with daily or weekly sales often start here. Typical uses are restocking ahead of a busy stretch, meeting payroll, handling an urgent repair, or saying yes to a deal before it disappears.
Learn more →Business Loans
When the plan is longer term, a term loan or working capital line gives your company structured, predictable capital. Owners use it to open a second location, hire, or smooth out a short gap. We look at how your business runs, then explain which loan options fit before anything is signed.
Learn more →Equipment Financing
Buying a truck, a lift, an oven, or diagnostic gear outright can drain the bank account. Financing new or used equipment spreads that cost out so cash stays available for operations, payroll, and marketing, and the machine starts earning for your business right away.

New York business funding questions
How much funding can I get?
Funding amounts are based primarily on your monthly revenue rather than on collateral or credit score. As a rough rule in revenue based funding, the offer tends to track a portion of your average monthly deposits.
Funding ranges from $5,000 to $5 million, depending on your revenue and the program.
What is a merchant cash advance, and is it a loan?
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. It is the purchase of a portion of your future sales at a discount. You receive a lump sum today, and the funder collects an agreed amount back out of your daily or weekly revenue.
That distinction matters practically, not just legally. Because it is a purchase rather than a loan, an advance is priced with a factor rate instead of an interest rate, it typically does not require collateral, and repayment is tied to your sales rather than to a fixed monthly date.
How is a merchant cash advance repaid?
Repayment is taken automatically out of your revenue, usually one of three ways:
- ACH debit. A fixed daily or weekly amount pulled from your business bank account. This is the most common today.
- Split withholding. A set percentage of each card batch is diverted at the processor before it reaches you.
- Lockbox. Your deposits route through a controlled account, which forwards your share to you after the funder's portion is taken.
The practical difference is what happens in a slow week. A percentage based split flexes down with your sales. A fixed daily ACH does not.
What can I use the money for?
Business purposes, broadly: inventory, payroll, equipment, expansion, marketing, covering a slow season, or bridging a gap between work completed and payment received. Revenue based funding generally does not restrict use of funds the way a purpose specific loan does.
